Do you offer discounts?
At Diara Skincare, our mission is to offer you the most luxurious experience possible. As a family-owned, financially independent company, we prioritize quality over temporary promotions and do not participate in discount structures.
What’s the shelf life of my product?
For optimal quality, we recommend using our products within one year of opening. Each item is freshly crafted in small batches and housed in UV-protective glass jars to preserve their integrity. When stored properly, our products can remain effective well beyond their expected shelf life.
Should I refrigerate my products?
We recommend storing our products in a cool environment, inside their original UV-protective glass jars. No additional special care is needed.
Do you sell the Diara Skincare Golden Spatula and Radiance Gua Sha?
Our luxurious Golden Spatula is included with all Velvet Glacier Balm and Gel-to-Milk Cleanser purchases. Additionally, our Ultimate Skincare Collection comes with both the Golden Spatula and Radiance Gua Sha.
Do you offer bottle refills?
While we appreciate the idea of refills, it's a bit challenging to implement with our collection. Instead, we encourage you to reuse your jars and bottles at home, as their UV-protective qualities make them both functional and sustainable.
Do your products contain wheat, soy, or dairy?
All our products are free from soy, dairy, wheat, and gluten.
Are all your ingredients organically certified?
We take great care in sourcing the highest quality all-natural ingredients. While not all of our ingredients are certified organic, some are wild-harvested, which ensures even higher quality. In some cases, the ingredients are grown organically but are not labeled as "Organic Certified" due to a lack of formal documentation.
Are your products vegan? Are they ethically sourced? Do you test on animals?
All our products are vegan, ethically sourced, and free from child labor. We never test on animals.
